After three days of uninterrupted rain, something had to happen ..
This morning the traffic was crazy because many roads were closed and those that remained open had to endure a great traffic. Behind my house water increased visibly and to be able to go out to work I doveuto risk. Luckily it was still possible to pass, even if the water was very high end of the street.
Two of my neighbors, who live to 50/100 meters, water has submerged cars that are now virtually at our worst. A Cassette d'Ete, a town adjacent to mine, a car was taken away by the current and two people died and now all the newscasts have opened with the plight of the common stop.
In the afternoon the situation has improved, despite still raining this morning but there were still problems have occurred because of new flooding and some road was closed again.
Needless to say, it's raining non-stop since last Monday and the Civil Protection has issued an alert forecast until midnight tomorrow. We have to suffer another day.
